A non-refundable 50% Deposit is required to initiate the work on your design project. Once the payment has been processed and we have received all your project information we will start working through the design process. Once the final design has been approved, we require the remaining 50% payment in order to finalize the project deliverables and release the project deliverables to you. Upon final payment, your design assets, respective files and copyright transfer certificate (if included in the selected package) will be finalized and delivered electronically via email or Dropbox.
We can only accept payments made via Wire Transfer, Paypal, and Bitcoin. All invoices will be provided in USD by default. An invoice in another currency can be provided on request and will be based on the comparative spot rate determined by Moorhouse Media.
We can only secure your project and assign it a schedule on receipt of the 50% Deposit. This will ensure that we are able to commit our time to your project. Once the deposit is received you will be contacted to discuss the more technical aspects of your project and determine a timeline for completion and delivery.
All preparation materials, sketches, visuals, including the electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Moorhouse Media and their respective owners. The usage rights for the final artwork/digital files (those indicated in the invoice) will take effect only upon final payment of the project. This does not include the transfer of any Trademark rights or Copyrights unless explicitly stated in the selected package or indicated in the invoice provided. All rights to any and all intellectual property created remain the property of Moorhouse Media unless explicitly stated in the selected package or indicated in the invoice provided.
Should you choose to cancel the project at any time after it has started, where any ideas, proposals, or payments have been submitted, a refund is not possible. Once the initial payment has been made and your project has started any request to cancel the project will result in the total forfeiture of all usage rights for the final artwork/digital files (those indicated in the invoice). Depending on the unique circumstances for the cancellation and the progress made on the project, Moorhouse Media reserves the right to provide certain artwork/digital files at our sole discretion.
In order to provide a high level of service delivery and quality, we require strong communication from our active clients engaged in our services. Should the client responsible for the communication of the project become unresponsive for a period of 7 days, for any reason, after attempting to make contact, Moorhouse Media reserves the right to determine that the client has chosen to abandon the project and services paid for. This will result in the total forfeiture of all usage rights for the final artwork/digital files (those indicated in the invoice). Should communication resume Moorhouse Media reserves the right to not resume the project.
Moorhouse Media reserves the right to suspend any project if a client interferes with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates continued distrust, divisiveness or becomes abusive. Fair notice will be given with fair opportunity to remedy the situation before resorting to the project termination. This is done at the sole discretion of Moorhouse Media. Depending on the unique circumstances of the project termination and the progress made on the project, Moorhouse Media reserves the right to provide certain artwork/digital files at our sole discretion.
